Ed & Anita’s Dream Wedding at Villa Arvedi

PH: Studio Chloè David
Planning: Moretti Events

A Romantic Celebration of Clouds, Draping & Timeless Italian Elegance in Verona

Some weddings feel suspended in a dream.

Ed & Anita’s destination wedding at Villa Arvedi in Verona was one of those unforgettable celebrations where romance, fashion-inspired aesthetics and immersive floral design came together in the most breathtaking way.

Set within the grandeur of one of Northern Italy’s most iconic historic villas, the wedding unfolded through layers of soft textures, sculptural florals and theatrical draping, creating an atmosphere that felt both timeless and emotionally cinematic.

Designed by Arianna Bassi, founder of Biancospino Flowers and wedding designer, the celebration embraced a delicate palette of blush, cream and soft white tones  transforming Villa Arvedi into a refined and ethereal wedding world inspired by contemporary editorial imagery and Italian luxury.

The result was a celebration that felt elegant, immersive and deeply romantic from beginning to end.

Villa Arvedi  Timeless Italian Grandeur in Verona

Surrounded by historic architecture, manicured gardens and breathtaking frescoed interiors, Villa Arvedi offered the perfect setting for Ed & Anita’s vision of understated luxury.

The villa naturally carries a sense of theatrical beauty, and the wedding design was intentionally developed to enhance that atmosphere while preserving the timeless elegance of the location itself.

At Biancospino Flowers, every wedding concept is approached in dialogue with the architecture and emotional energy of the venue.

Rather than simply decorating the space, the goal was to create an immersive environment where flowers, fabrics, light and atmosphere could interact harmoniously throughout the entire celebration.

The result felt romantic yet contemporary  classic Italian luxury interpreted through a softer editorial lens.

A Soft Palette of Blush, Cream & White

For the floral direction, Arianna curated a refined palette of blush, cream and white tones inspired by softness, movement and light.

The compositions were intentionally designed to feel airy and cloud-like, creating an atmosphere that felt delicate yet visually impactful.

Garden roses, baby’s breath and layered seasonal blooms brought texture and depth to the installations while maintaining an effortless sense of elegance.

Rather than relying on overly structured arrangements, the flowers were styled organically to create fluidity and softness throughout the spaces of Villa Arvedi.

The palette perfectly reflected Anita’s vision of a wedding that felt romantic, timeless and fashion-inspired without becoming overly formal.

A Spectacular Ceremony of Floral Clouds & Draping

The ceremony became the emotional centerpiece of the entire wedding experience.

Guests were welcomed into a breathtaking setting where monumental clouds of baby’s breath and roses framed the ceremony space with softness and movement.

Behind the floral installation, theatrical draping created depth and visual drama, transforming the architecture of Villa Arvedi into an almost cinematic backdrop.

The combination of airy florals and sculptural textiles gave the ceremony a dreamlike quality  suspended somewhere between contemporary art installation and timeless Italian romance.

The atmosphere felt immersive, emotional and visually unforgettable.

Every detail of the installation was carefully studied to balance scale, proportion and movement within the villa’s architectural setting.

Editorial Romance Meets Italian Elegance

For Arianna Bassi and Biancospino Flowers, wedding design is about creating atmosphere through intentional composition.

For Ed & Anita’s wedding, flowers and draping were treated almost as elements of a fashion editorial  layered thoughtfully to shape emotion, visual rhythm and guest experience.

The floral installations never felt excessive or rigid.

Instead, softness became the defining aesthetic language of the celebration.

From the ceremony clouds to the reception atmosphere, every design choice contributed to a cohesive visual identity inspired by contemporary luxury weddings and timeless Italian beauty.

The result was sophisticated yet emotional, elevated yet deeply personal.

A Wedding Designed to Feel Unforgettable

As the evening unfolded beneath candlelight, soft florals and flowing drapery, Villa Arvedi transformed into a world entirely its own.

Guests moved through spaces that felt intimate yet scenographic, immersed in an experience carefully designed to evoke wonder, beauty and connection.

Ed & Anita’s wedding perfectly embodied the philosophy behind every Biancospino Flowers project: creating celebrations where floral artistry, atmosphere and storytelling come together naturally to shape memories that linger long after the wedding day itself.
