Mubera & John’s Elegant Wedding at La Foce

PH: Andrea Corsi
Planning: Moretti Events

A Timeless Celebration Among One of Europe’s Most Beautiful Italian Gardens

Some places feel almost unreal in their beauty.

Set among the rolling hills of Tuscany, La Foce is one of Italy’s most iconic historic estates  celebrated worldwide for its breathtaking Renaissance gardens, cinematic landscapes and timeless Italian elegance.

For Mubera & John, it became the setting for a destination wedding that felt sophisticated, emotional and visually unforgettable.

Designed by Arianna Bassi, founder of Biancospino Flowers and wedding designer, the celebration embraced a refined aesthetic language inspired by sculptural florals, understated luxury and the natural beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

Every detail was intentionally curated to enhance the atmosphere of La Foce itself  creating a wedding experience suspended between classic Italian romance and contemporary editorial elegance.

The result was a celebration that felt graceful, immersive and deeply timeless.

La Foce  The Poetry of Italian Garden Elegance

Nestled in the Val d’Orcia countryside, La Foce is renowned for its extraordinary gardens, architectural harmony and panoramic Tuscan views.

For couples dreaming of an elegant destination wedding in Italy, few venues embody the same sense of refinement and quiet grandeur.

For Mubera & John, the villa offered the perfect balance between intimacy and scenographic beauty.

The wedding design was developed in close dialogue with the architecture and landscape of the estate, allowing the floral installations and decorative elements to feel naturally connected to the environment.

At Biancospino Flowers, wedding design is never approached as decoration alone.

Each project is conceived as a complete visual experience where flowers, atmosphere, proportions and emotion interact harmoniously throughout the celebration.

A Refined Palette of White & Soft Greenery

The floral direction embraced an elegant and timeless palette centered around white Tibetan roses layered with delicate seasonal greenery.

The choice felt intentional and sophisticated  allowing texture, movement and sculptural composition to become the focus rather than excessive color.

The floral arrangements reflected the understated luxury that defined the entire wedding aesthetic.

Every composition was designed to feel soft, airy and naturally integrated within the gardens and architectural spaces of La Foce.

The atmosphere remained romantic and elevated while preserving the effortless beauty of the Tuscan setting itself.

White Tibetan Roses for the Reception Tables

For the reception dinner, Arianna designed elegant centerpieces composed primarily of white Tibetan roses.

The floral styling focused on purity, softness and refined proportion, creating tablescapes that felt luxurious without becoming overly formal.

The creamy white blooms interacted beautifully with candlelight and the natural tones of the Tuscan landscape, giving the reception atmosphere a timeless and editorial quality.

Rather than creating rigid or traditional arrangements, the flowers were styled organically to preserve lightness and visual movement across the tables.

The result was intimate, elegant and quietly spectacular.

A Sculptural Floral Installation for the Ceremony

The focal point of the wedding ceremony was a breathtaking floral sculpture created for the altar space.

Designed as a contemporary floral installation rather than a traditional arch, the composition framed the ceremony with softness, dimension and sculptural movement.

The installation interacted naturally with the iconic gardens of La Foce, enhancing the emotional atmosphere of the ceremony without overpowering the landscape itself.

Flowers appeared almost suspended within the architecture and greenery of the villa, creating a setting that felt both artistic and deeply romantic.

The balance between structure and organic movement became one of the defining visual signatures of the celebration.

An Editorial Vision Rooted in Italian Luxury

For Arianna Bassi and Biancospino Flowers, floral design is deeply connected to storytelling and atmosphere.

Every wedding begins with a careful study of the couple, the location and the emotional experience they wish to create for their guests.

For Mubera & John, the vision was centered around timeless elegance interpreted through a modern editorial lens.

The wedding never felt overly ornate or excessive.

Instead, every detail was approached with restraint, precision and intentional beauty  allowing the atmosphere itself to become unforgettable.

The result was a celebration that felt sophisticated, emotional and visually enduring.

A Wedding Designed to Feel Timeless

As the Tuscan sunset illuminated the gardens of La Foce, guests experienced a wedding atmosphere shaped by softness, candlelight and sculptural floral beauty.

Every moment unfolded naturally within the extraordinary setting of the villa, creating a celebration that felt immersive, graceful and deeply personal.

Mubera & John’s wedding perfectly embodied the philosophy behind every Biancospino Flowers project: creating destination weddings where floral artistry, thoughtful design and emotional storytelling come together effortlessly.
